Elm Croft is a small, compact detached cottage, created by its
owners who live in the adjacent property. The building is
constructed to a high standard with modern fixtures and fittings. It
has all the facilities one could wish for in a holiday cottage and
is attractively presented and decorated. It has under floor heating
under the quarry tiled floors and there is the added bonus of a log
burning stove (for which logs are provided). It is comprehensively
and comfortably furnished, has a super king-size bed (or twin beds
depending upon how you'd like it configured), and a beautifully
fitted kitchen and bathroom.
The cottage is very peacefully situated in the quiet hamlet of
Hollins, part of the parish of Old Brampton, some 3 miles West of
Chesterfield, so there is very little traffic noise. There is a
small sheltered rear patio area adjacent to meadow and open fields.
There is ample off-street parking in front of the cottage.
